The spa facilities were great, but the room was quite tired and dated.

the location was great, just a short drive to winchester. the staff were super friendly n helpful. our room was cozy n comfy, perfect for just 1 night. we really enjoyed the breakfast options. there was plenty of seating around too, making it easy to relax.

but the bathroom could use a lil upgrade n they didn't have enough hanging space for clothes. kinda annoying that they didn’t inform us about the massage appointment we thought we had booked.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel with our kids! We loved the pool and the relaxing garden area where we spent some quality family time. The only downside was that our room had a worn-out chair, which was a bit of a bummer, but overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back! 😊
